Filing a complaint on SEBI SCORES 2.0
Register on https://scores.sebi.gov.in (or the SCORES mobile app) with your Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number and E-mail ID, and lodge your complaint against the intermediary. The complaint is forwarded to us for redressal within 21 calendar days. If not satisfied, you may seek a first review by the Designated Body (Stock Exchange) and thereafter a second review by SEBI.

Dispute resolution through SMART ODR
If your grievance remains unresolved, register on https://smartodr.in with the same details (Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail ID), select the market participant and submit your dispute. It is first taken up for online conciliation; if unresolved, it proceeds to time-bound online arbitration by an independent ODR institution.
